UPS accidentally mis-delivered my item back to the warehouse. I had no problem getting a refund for the "UPS guaranteed" shipping from T2G Customer Service. It arrived a week late, but that was a UPS error.

Although this is a horse, we pretend it's a Donkey! The person with the biggest "Donkey or pain in the..." of the day proudly has this on their desk! It's a great way to vent and forget about the troubles of your day! It's also a great way to turn frustration into hillarity!
